I have officially joined the blogging world and am super excited! Happy hump day to everyone out there! (insert Geico commercial, I know its getting to the point where they have shown it too much) Wednesdays around here are usually filled with work but today Chris and I lucked out and were both off. We had a lazy day and I decided to spoil my man with breakfast and our normal morning coffee, insert pumpkin spice creamer, if you haven't tried this go out and buy it now! I will be buying in bulk at the end of October.
This morning consisted of homemade turkey bacon breakfast burritos and fresh strawberries. Mmm!
Oh and not to mention cooking gave me a reason to use my fab new fall potholder that I snatched up at Walmart for just one dollar! That's right folks, I always seem to find something when I am grocery shopping. Shh don't tell Chris! I also grabbed these amazing little kitchen towels from Target for a few dollars. I wasn't super impressed with Target's fall decor this year, but I fell in love these and for so cheap who can resist?! Anyone who knows me can tell you I'm pretty obsessed with decorating my home for each season(don't even ask about Christmas, I was in Hobby Lobby the other day and I can't contain my excitement!!) Fall is probably my favorite time of year though. After all it's the time of football, boots, baking, crockpot chili, pumpkin spice, and cozy sweaters! So naturally my house is filled with all things Fall! I decorated my dining room table the other day and was pretty excited about how cute it turned out.
Kirklands had an amazing extra 20% off sale this weekend, these were 5 bucks! and they are goblet style my absolute fave!
Fall Finds...
TJ Maxx-- table runner, candles(Brookeside), lantern( my obsession right now, so cute right?! i got this one for like 12 bucks!)
Hobby Lobby-- chalkboard, chevron burlap ribbon, bouquet of orange mums, don't forget your 40% of one item coupon!
Walmart-- Candle holder (3 bucks! very similar to Bath and Body holders that are usually around 10-15), pumpkin dish and pumpkins( came in three pack)
Kirklands-- Fall wine glasses!
I just love our cozy little apartment right now! Chris rolls his eyes everytime something new pops up, hehe! Men just don't understand a woman's love for decor. Needless to say this week has been a win for my fall transition. The coziness makes my heart warm.
